"The balcony lights not working, checked by staff says fused but no action done. Balcony jacuzzi water heater sucks. Not able to fill up hot tub. Water icy cold. Wasted money on having a jacuzzi, no housekeeping services or towel changing services also poor. Left clean towel on sofa but did not remove the soiled towel we pile up for them. No microwave in 3 bedroom. Difficult to heat up food using the convention oven."
