"Way beyond our expectations in terms of service. From the minute we arrived, the service was impeccable. Upgraded to Rasa wing which came with added benefits such as a less crowded breakfast room, afternoon tea and cocktail hour. Buffet breakfast was also one of the best I’ve ever seen, so much choice. The beach is the only thing that lets it down."

"An excellent place to stay. Service staff were excellent and always helpful. My favourite dessert was the 3 flavours sorbet. Room service and kitchen are closed after 11pm though. Grab delivery is a great option as many eateries are on them. Swimming pool is decent and the gym while small has a decent view from a height. About 200 meters down the road there is an excellent dimsum shop near a red rock hotel. Do try it. Overall a good place to stay as the staff is excellwnt and the amenities are above average and well maintained. "

"Even tho the room showed signs of age it was super clean and comfy. Good size and comfortable twin beds. Really liked the hotel’s commitment to sustainability with their housekeeping policy and drinking water dispensers on every floor. The pool was pretty good too for both swimming and chilling. It was mostly empty during my stay. Amazing location within walkable distance to most of the city’s hot spots. "

"Lovely property which is close to tourist attractions. Breakfast was included and options were to order a la carte and/or have the buffet offerings. All quite tasty. Everyday the room service was excellent and a lovely Malay treat was placed in the room. Music in the cafe next door might disturb some guest but earplugs were provided. We used the pool to cool off everyday which was a great way to relax and chill down before dinner. The history of the building and ambience was the very unique. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is located along the prettiest coast. The huge park is just 1 minute across the hotel. Really! There’s a playground, skater park and lanes for running/ scooter. The hotel is very pretty, rooms are clean and quiet. Nicely renovated. Our suite comes with a living room, 6seater dining table and a side kitchen. Really friendly for families. My girl enjoyed her stay so much! The plus point is the pool, the kids pool comes with 2 slides and shower “mushrooms”. It is so fun! "
