"The property is very nice and we enjoyed it. However, the parking situation was not pleasant. We were instructed to use the Touch N Go card. We made a mistake of scanning the card after we exited the parking lot not before we exited the parking lot. We didn't realized we made the error on the day we checked out. The staff told us that there is no way to redeem the error. This is just bad business practice. It is not the extra monies that bothered us. It is the principal. We made a honest mistake. The second experience that we did not like was the payment for the breakfast. We were explained that the breakfast costs more if we were to pay at the restaurant counter as opposed to paying it at the reception area. We were not informed that there is not an option to pay at the reception the next day if we decide to eat at the hotel for breakfast. The only option available was to pay at the hotel restaurant. As a result, we ended up paying an additional $13 ringgit per person. Again, this is not about the additional $13 ringgit since this is not a lot when we convert into our home country currency.
