"We have stayed at Gurney Bay Hotel, at least four times. Each time, I can recognize the helpful and extremely friendly staff. From the receptionist, the porter, the cleaner, the wait staff, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. The one aspect I was a bit disappointed was that Gurney Bay no longer offered massage services on the 2nd floor of the premises. I assume it due to lack of interests. But it's a minor issue.
