"The hotel is very luxurious. Upon check in, we were greeted with a welcome drink. I didn’t the room was a family suite. The bedroom was huge and there were 2 bathrooms. The suite was too big for the two of us. However we really enjoyed our stay there. We could ask for bottled water anytime for free. We felt that we were being pampered by the staff. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

One of the staff noticed that my friend's napkin has dropped, the staff replaced with new napkin. Good service. 3) Housekeeping service Upon checking into the room, we found that the usb port is unable to charge in both bedside. Informed that staff at the reception counter, they get the hosukeeping staff to check. When we came back to the room, we found that the usb port has been rectified, Good service 3) At check out counter At check out , the staff took an extra effort to print out to show that the credit card transaction was cancelled.
