"4night stay and regret choosing the hotel. Room was dirty for the 4 days, not once cleaned properly. Wifi is non existent! Noisy room and poorly equipped. The staff were of no help at all whilst there, everything seems like a pain for them and they simply just didn’t want you there. The room is not what a superior queen looked like online. Hotels.com should remove from their stay list."
