"Stayed for 2 nights, quite disappointed with the check in process (overwhelmed, housekeeping issues) which can be better for a 5* hotel standard Check in almost 4hrs late (*Tentative check in timing is at 3pm. "Condition of the villa was not so gd. Toilet door was broken below. Swimming pool tiles were coming out and rusty in some areas. Bbq pit was in bad condition too. Kitchen cupboards had lots of big black ants. Sofas so old. "
