"Staff everywhere were nonchalant and preoccupied. Food at restaurants was terrible. Location was far from most destinatioms so I used Grab taxis everywhere (relatively cheap plus foreign transaction fees on each fare) because of that. Hotel itself was spacious and clean. The warm cookies at the front desk made my day."
