"Get off the plane. Take KLIA express train which takes 23 minutes to Sentral. Look for signs for Aloft Hotel NU station. That’s the key. If you know this, it’s fast and easy. No need to get wet or hot at anytime cuz it’s all covered and almost all air conditioned. Room size is good. Pressure of shower is good. Pool is good except you can’t swim if it’s raining for fear of lightning. Booked hotel for Sentral location and swimming pool. "

"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons. Staff attitude depended on how guests were dressed, which is absurd and irritating, if you don’t wear fancy clothes, they look down on you. For a supposedly high-end place, this kind of superficial treatment is unacceptable. The hotel is also very family-unfriendly. We couldn’t access areas like the restaurant on the 51st floor, which made us feel excluded. Service quality was generally poor. Although the minibar is complementary, they refill it only if you ask daily; I had to complain to get it done automatically. Even luggage pick-up for checkout took forever, as if they had no urgency. Food was average and inconsistent, sometimes fresh, sometimes not, though the quality itself was decent. Beds were comfortable but the pillows too hard, with no softer options available. Our room was on the 31st floor and had no view of the Petronas Towers due to a building blocking the line of sight. Definitely not worth the price. If you stay here, pick something above the 45th floor for a proper view. The swimming pool was large and nice, but crowded and with very few seats. The Petronas Towers were on the opposite side, barely visible. Overall, this hotel fails to meet expectations. Poor service, unfriendly attitude toward families, and too much focus on appearances. Wouldn’t stay again."

"This is my go to hotel in KL. location is perfect, hotel is spotless and staff are amazing. I joked about how small the coffee cups were at breakfast and they went out and found me a mug. If you can stretch to a Club room it’s worth every penny as the Club Lounge for breakfast and evening cocktails is amazing. "

"Pros: 3 adult stayed in club room. Got upgraded to twin tower view room. Mai and her team in club room were brilliant. Free laundry limited to 5 items per day is such a god sent. Checked in at club room is a plus. Huge club lounge with fab views. Cons: no more premium champagne which we were looking forward to. We weren’t told what we were served when we asked for champagne. When approached to see what they were, found out it was sparkling wine and was told it was from Spain which was rather odd - not a cava but sparkling chardonnay (from Spain apparently….).Staff members serving drinks need to be more transparent and well trained in this regard. Food and drinks were no longer premium. Spread were a lot more premium in the past.Bring back the Bollinger!"
