"Beyond our expectations! We were upgraded to the 41st flr one bedroom plus a den. The unit is bright, spacious and well-appointed, the kitchenette, washer and dryer are a bonus. The pool, gym facilities and location are fatastic too. The only downside was the power kept tripping the first 2 days causing no hot water and the toaster didn’t work only to find out it was the toaster that tripped the hot water tank! Their action was prompt but took several calls to finally know the cause. "

"We stayed at the Perdana KLCC in January and i must say the location of the hotel is superb. In between the LRT and MRT transport lines for getting around the city and its suburbs. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk from Petronas Towers and the Suria shopping Mall ( Which has a great cinema in it ). The hotel team were very responsive to any concerns i had and moved me twice during my stay into upgraded rooms due to an issue with the room description from Expedia and then work being carried out...
