I would rate the average for this property.
Breakfast is geared towards low-quality food. All Indian breakfast. When I am travelling I prefer the opportunity to taste local cuisine.
Staff at breakfast mostly cannot speak or communicate in English.
Stayed in a similar grade hotel in Penang; this was a total disappointment. With lack of maintenance to the building. Though renovated, there is no concept of maintenance. The lobby smells like curry.
The front desk only knows about how to checkin and checkout; the frontdesk staff have zero knowledge of the surroundings and any questions one may ask about KUL. You need to hire local Malayan talent. Looks like most of the staff are overseas on work-permits
The hotel owner needs to seriously look at maintaining the Ramada Suites level. I don't know how they got the Ramada franchise.
I hope the owner review my comments about the property and pay attention, otherwise, the way this is being managed , in a year's time this will be in ruins .
