"Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. "I did not stay there, as I could not get into the property. I reached the property around 7pm. No one passed me the keys, nobody helped me. The owner's phone is not in used anymore. I tried call the Malaysian help line but was told to call again during office hour!
