"We stayed as a family for 5 nights occupying 3 rooms and the quality of the room in terms of comfort, facilities and cleanliness was very good. All staff from those who cleaned the rooms, to the reception, the doorman and staff at the restaurant went out of the way to assist (helping to resolve a parking problem, storing our luggage, finding a suitable table for our party of 5, delaying the cleaning of our rooms at our request). Check in and check out took a matter of a few minutes. The location allowed us to move around Ipoh easily without having to use a car or cab. The swimming pool was clean and welcoming."

"Really, really great hotel. Centrally located, super clean with a really helpful staff. The view from the breakfast room (on the 12th floor) is magnificent. There's even a 7-Eleven in the hotel lobby :-)"

"In desperate need of some attention. Walls were cracked and peeling. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were moldy and falling down. Electrical outlet pulling away from wall. Cobwebs. Hasn’t seen a new coat of paint in years and the last one was poorly down. I can’t say anything positive about the breakfast. Amy at reception was the one very positive exception to this place. She helped me to a arrange a cab even after she was done for the day!"

"We had a comfortable stay at this property. Security is good at this property as card required to access lift lobby, lift to go to the unit. There is also a security guard seated at the lobby every time we passed by. There are not many food outlets nearby but with Grab of around RM8, we can reach most of the popular eateries."
