"What I dont like was the late check-in due to room was not ready. We were 45 minutes late but room was still not ready. However, we were compensated with an hour late checked out. Love the location. Situated next door to Pavilion, a shopping haven. 8 minutes drive to KLCC and TRX Exchange Mall. 25 minutes away from KL East Mall. Great food available to late hour. So convenient. The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Top service shown by every staff we encountered. We had a fabulous time and would definitely make a come back to this hotel for our annual KL trip. "

"Staff were vert helpful both at check-in and when we requested a room change. Rooms were modern. They do not have in room phones to contact reception and when we tried to csll them by mobile, a few times in the evening, they were not answering the phone, so we had to take the long walk to reception to request the room change."

"Staff were very friendly and happy to help in arranging transfers etc. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed & had all the amenities we needed. Good location within easy walk of many attractions & shopping centers as well as multiple restaurants/food market. Hotel has a pull in section in using E-hailing/taxis which is helpful. Excellent breakfast choice. Did not personally use the pool but this looked very clean & larger than expected. Staff were quick to fix a small issue we had with the shower."

"Good location, short walk to Pavilion mall KL via the covered walkway from the Banyan Tree hotel next door. Small part of the walkway is unsheltered, but location is convenience enough. "
