"Centralised. Not a crowded environment. Link bridge to monorail and shopping mall. Lots of food options. Easy check in / check out. It’s quiet, never heard cars honking in the night. Helpful and attentive service staff - reception / concierge / restaurant. Every staff wore a smile and one of them even advised us to go to the airport earlier, thank goodness we did. Location made it easier to Grab cars too. A lot of areas at lobby for people to sit around. That was not usually the case in many hotels. Delicious morning breakfast spreads, especially the roti Prata and the curries that went with it. My relatives were very happy staying at the Aloft. Went to the rooftop and had some drinks in the pub. Cool. Didn’t use the pool this time. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. Clean & quiet corridors on 15th floor. Access cards to all levels, fairly safe & secured. Concierge could help book Grab cars for us. Clean lobby toilets. No smoke smells at all. Have had already shared our favourable experience with friends. No regrets making the decision to stay there and we are happy to be back again if there’s an opportunity. "Very modern and comfortable hotel in a great location for exploring markets, like Central Markets and Petaling Markets. Lots of dining options around, plus easy to access train stations. Hotel is next door to the new Merdeka 118 building, which will be great when it opens and the night sky views over to the Petronas towers is stunning Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool looked amazing (though we didnt have time to try it) as did the bar and restaurant. The laundry service was a bit expensive but very efficient and easy to organize. Would recommend."

"I stayed for 6 nights at Park Royal, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and in a very good location for anyone wanting to stay in the Bukit Bintang area. It was also quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and professional, I would definitely stay again if I ever get another chance to travel to KL. "

"This was our 3rd stay at the Tune Hotel in 3 weeks during our Malaysian holiday. Due to our flight connections, we needed an inexpensive, clean and comfortable hotel adjacent to the Airport. KL city centre is between 45 minutes to an hour away, so the Tune Hotel KLIA2 was perfect for us as a couple, especially as all our flights were with Air Asia, based out of KLIA2. We tried the Family Room this time as we were staying 2 nights. So much more space, double the water bottles provided, double the towels, toiletries etc. Breakfast provided from 6am to 10am was really good, especially the egg station. Although there is no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, we were prepared for that and never travel without a small electric jug and our own team/coffee supplies including small long life milk satchels. Given this hotel is great for overnight stops, you can alternatively wait till 6am when breakfast starts. Another option is a quick walk back to the Airport where there are heaps of dining options, cafes, takeaways and a grocery store, even a 7 Eleven. P.S. The hotel was undergoing repainting on this visit and when we were allocated Room 001 on the ground floor (where the family rooms are situated) the fumes were a bit too strong. The staff were very good and understanding of our issue and happily changed our room to 002 on the other side of the hall. We always stay at the Tune Hotel when transiting through KL for our overseas trips and would definitely recommend."
