"They cancelled my reservation prior to my arrival for no reason and no help to find other accomodations."

"The frontdesk staff especially Selvam was very accomodating and also generous with the bottled water giveaways. The room was clean and the AC was freeeeezing just like a Proton Automobile. Don't expect 5 star facilities as this is obviously a budget hotel and you'll be fine. The bathroom could use a tune up as some of the equipment inside were reaching their end-of-life. Would come back again."

"Even though this was a budget hotel, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed- stains all over. There were bugs crawling all over the bed and floor. Bathroom had a massive hole in the ceiling and was not clean. Very disappointing stay. "
