"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and divers as well as the super. The star were the open air baths. For those like me with their head in the clouds, the bath can be accessed from the 6th floor where the onsens desk is. I loved my stay. Thank you! "

(1) No bottled water provide (2) Poor customer service and poor English, you cannot communciate with them if you dont know Japanses. "We took japanese style bedroom but the futons were super thin so uncomfortable. The private onsen was a bit smelly making the experience less enjoyable. For the travel to reach the place, we struggle little to go by bus. For the positive, the staff was amazing and helpful, the breakfast has lot of varieties for everyone. The room was super clean, spacious and very beautiful. Spending time with dogs around was lovely... what an amazing concept hotel."
