"I had a fantastic experience at The Artiste, Kochi. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was exceptionally well prepared, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering an excellent selection of both local and international dishes, all fresh and flavorful. What truly made the stay memorable was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping, everyone was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The combination of outstanding food, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere made this a truly enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend The Artiste, Kochi, to anyone visiting the city and look forward to staying there again in the future."

"The constant power outages and inconsistent AC in the room was not enjoyable. Otherwise the food was delicious, the staff was very helpful, the property was scenic and enjoyable. The pool area needs some upgrades and the poolside service took a long time for drinks. The mattress in the room was comfortable and the house keeping staff did a good job cleaning the room everyday. Thanks"

"Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again."
