A special mention to Santosh, who not only remembered our room number but also what we ordered each time. When a sudden problem occurred with our original room, the staff and management couldn't have been quicker or more helpful in rectifying the situation efficiently and effectively. "When I checked in the room had prior guest’s trash and the bed and bathroom smelled terrible. The couch had blood stains. Gave my laundry to be cleaned and it came back stinking like urine. The food was also bad."
