Several drinks were included, and chocolate was included. Beds were clean and comfy, room was clean. Staff was great in helping make accommodations for taxi ride to the train station. Breakfast was mediocre, but there are great restaurants just a short walk away. "

"Cute hotel, chalet-style made the Switzerland trip even more special. Perfect location a nice walk to the train station ot bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, COOP and a pharmacy. On the same street as the bus going towards Thun as well. Staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful for any questions or issues we had. Area was so quiet too. Breakfast had enough options for food. Price of the hotel was decent. "
