"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not...

"We had a wonderful time at this place. Equipped with everything you need. It is close to many site seeing and waterfalls. Its a really nice place to rest and enjoy with your family. A lot of hiking and stores near by."

"Ski slopes very accessible, great view of the mountain from the hotel and excellence staff, rooms were clean and the place felt like home. Only negative is that all the restaurants including this hotel have overpriced meals. "
