Interior size is 45 m2 and balcony is 7 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. In the courtyard of the house there is a swimming pool surrounded by sun chairs. The pool, shared between two apartments only, is 45 m² big and filled with chlorine water.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and it is charged 15 € /day.
PETS: One pet is allowed, and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Matohanci is a small settlement close to the highway exit, when arriving from the direction of Trieste, about 10 minutes from the city of Rovinj. In the nearby village of Rovinjsko selo (3km), you will find everything you need for a pleasant vacation, like grocery shops and bars.In just a few minutes you can reach the Lim Bay (Lim Fjord), known for its fish and shellfish growing, as well as for its quality restaurants.

Perfect place for relax. Quiet, green and simply.

Property is beautiful, very clean and cosy. Just excellent. Pool is great. Near Rovinj only 10 min and less. Just great place.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Bianca war klasse! Das ist modern ausgestattet und entspricht dem neusten Standard! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool & Sonnenliegen ist sehr komfortabel. Es wurden sogar Handtücher für den Pool zur Verfügung gestellt! Der Ort ist sehr gut/ ruhig gelegen… perfekt um auch mal zu relaxen. Für Ausflüge jeglicher Art in Istrien ist die Lage super, da man in 5 Minuten auf der Autobahn ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend 😊

Aanrader.

Ruim appartement, mooi ingericht. Dankzij de airco altijd een fijne temperatuur binnen. De accommodatie heeft twee appartementen. Hierdoor heb je het zwembad vaak voor jezelf. Het zwemwater was van goede kwaliteit en schoon. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig. Geen last van verkeer of drukte. Binnen kwartier ben je in Rovigne. Naar Pula in 40 minuten.
