Nice boutique hotel just across the border in Belgium and just minutes away from the beautiful Dutch city of Maastricht. The couple that run the hotel are attentive and helpful. The comfort of the room was first rate. There's a little bus near the hotel that has you in Maastricht city center in 15-20 minutes (important note: Uber doesn't operate in Belgium but the hotel will get you a cab if needed). The hotel is delightful, the staff excellent, the location perfect (especially if you are an Andre Rieu fan and are fortunate enough to be there when he is scheduled to perform), and the city amazing. We had planned to arrive before 6:00 p.m., but our GPS had a mind of it's own; thus we were late from Amsterdam. However, Catharina stayed late, called to check on us, and when we told her we were lost trying to find the hotel, she stood on the sidewalk in front to show us the way. She helped us...

We have stayed here several times when we go to Maastricht. This time, as in the past, was a very positive experience. Our room was ready upon arrival and bigger than we had expected, since it was on the corner. This brought good and some negative, since there was more noise. Now, at the beginning of the university year, there were many noisy students on the square late into the night. But, that is the price one pays if you want a room with a view of the square! We loved it overall.

I have been to Maastricht several times in the past and stayed in different hotels. This is the best one I stayed so far and is a very good value. First, it is close to the station. True, it is not in the old part of the city but the proximity to the station is very convenient. Drop off your bag and go. The old town is only 5 minuets away and on your way you see (and can stop) old bakeries and other interesting shops. The room was clean and I loved the amenities. “We work” inspired common area...

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. I have only good things to say about this place, and I am a former hotel manager, so I have a very critical eye.

Overall fine. Wish they had a gym on its premises rather having to walk to a facility outside. Staff were generally very helpful and pleasant

Great Local hotel near Maastricht, NL, some great local sightseeing, American Cemetery from WWII nearby. Lot of local people in the restaurant and Bar in evenings.

It is my second stay at this hotel because the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property is very conveniently located across the central station so you can drop off my luggage right away and go into the town even if you arrive before 3 pm check in time. A perfect location when you are traveling by train.
