"I look forward to a future trip at the InterContinental Kansas City at The Plaza by IHG. The entire staff were friendly, very accommodating and made me and my husband feel valued as guests. The valet, restaurant, the front desk, housekeeping, provided exceptional customer services. The hotel was clean, pool area relaxing, the outside entry area, the lobby and the media room was very inviting. Mr. and Mrs. Hall really enjoyed our stay.
