When we arrived, there was a sign on the door saying that comfort Inn had closed. We should have been notified of that beforehand. We went across the parking lot to Candlewood and our reservations had not been transferred like the note said they would be. We were supposed to get two queen beds but got one queen and a hideabed. Still waiting on our credit card statement to be sure we were not charged in both places.

When we arrived, doors were locked and a sign on door said property closed. We were instructed to stay at another hotel. No warning, no means of the hotel trying to contact us.

It was a really quiet place to stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was great to sleep in. The pool area is smaller, but no one was there, so we had the hot tub to ourselves, which was nice. The breakfast was great. And the amenities we received as a VIP were worth being a VIP.

I have never had to pay to keep my car at a hotel while I fly on a trip. That’s the benefit of staying at a hotel near the airport. Parking was $7/night. I wasn’t expecting that. Hotel was average. Vending machines did not have much variety and the weather was bad so we walked across the parking lot to the sister hotel to buy snacks. The breakfast was almost out of everything and not much variety.

We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 kids. Hotel was friendly and our room was clean. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was nice extra!

When we got there our room didn't have heat, the people were right there to try and fix it. they couldn't so they moved us to another room 315. Went to take a shower and couldn't fixer it out so ended up taking a shower in my Mothers room 318. When we went down we told the lady we were having problems with the shower. Later that day a young man showed us how to work it.

I arrived shortly after 6 p.m. to check in. No desk clerk present. Desk clerk arrived 15-20 minutes later stating she had to make the airport shuttle run because the driver did not come in for his shift. Room was very cold, phone did not work, lamp shade missing screw cap and was just sitting on the base, hall carpet torn, wall paper peeling from wall, grime along edge of bathtub meeting wall. Was told that another room is available on 2nd floor. I declined due to recently having back surgery. Told that renovations are being made, went upstairs and carpet in all on 2nd floor also looks bad. Totally disgusted with lack of customer service one would expect and entirely disgusted with visit and will never stay at Comfort Inn again. I will spend my money elsewhere. No apologies can suffice for this visit. Have spent 3 times here previously in past 4 years and this visit was extremely disappointing.

The service was poor only because there were not enough desk people. The people you had were great....just unfair to expect them to handle all of the issues that come to them in a timely manner. Building generally dirty...floors, etc, though the room was clean. There was little room to eat in the breakfast room. We noticed people coming from the hotel across the parking lot...seriously? That was too small a room to handle that number of people. Losing all interest in staying at a Comfort in period. Used to be our favorite.

The staff was what I liked most. They were friendly and very accommodating. Also liked the proximity to the highway. Property is poorly maintained.(torn wall paper, holes as large as a golf ball in outside wall and divots in a few inside walls, my bathroom needed caulking next to faucet and under the hair dryer, carpeting in the hall and in my room were filthy next to the walls, my heating/cooling unit had broken pieces just sitting on top of unit. Batteries needed to be replaced in tv remote.)

I did not like that the pool area looked very run down it was very Rusty around the walls there was too much chlorine in the pool in the whirlpool the beds were very very uncomfortable and pulled too far away from the wall so we kept falling into the wall at night
