The staff here are very friendly, polite, and professional. Always helpful, and accommodating to the needs of their guests. Parking here is very easy, with a parking garage located at the rear of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean, well worth the money paid. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!

I could’ve given this property a much higher rating because the room was nice, the location was convenient to where I needed to be in Kansas City, and the price was right. Unfortunately, the toilet in my room ran constantly, and the noise was annoying unless I kept that door closed. I notified the front desk, but it was pretty late at night when I checked in and the very sweet clerk was alone and so I told her it was fine to leave it until the next day – that I could live with it overnight, but it didn’t get fixed the next day while I was out and about. I didn’t go to the front desk to inform them – I had some time constraints and thought the message would be conveyed. Also, the Wi-Fi never worked in my room. I always got a message saying cannot connect and the problem is probably us, not you, but that didn’t fix the problem. So those two elements of the visit tarnished what would’ve been a much better experience. I would still stay here again. I would just be more of a squeaky wheel about issues.

Wasn't expecting to be charged for parking, breakfast and water. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The mattress in the room was very warn in. Lumpy and we sunk in while laying in the bed. The property and room were clean.

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean, parking garage was handy also. The staff were all super friendly, and the hotel had all the typical conveniences you might need. The breakfast was the typical buffet things, only ate it once but did take note that the scrambled eggs were made with love that day. The pool is really small, but it was warm for those who need to know! There was keurig in the room which I appreciated, my only negatives was the bed was pretty worn or old, and the tv is our room was either 720 hp quality or the directv was pirated LOL

When we arrived in our room, we found leftover food and beverage containers left from previous guests in the mini fridge and surrounding area. This made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. We soon noticed other areas that were missed including hair remaining on the shower walls. We spoke with the staff at the front desk which were very apologetic and since their weren't any other rooms available, suggested that they could reclean the room while we were out for the night. Mistakes happen. This was acceptable to us. We were out from 6pm until 1am. While we were out though, no one came to our room to clean. We went back down to the lobby and informed the staff what had happened as politely as possible. We requested new linens so we could at least be certain that something was clean in the room. The staff did give us a deduction on the room rate for the inconvenience. The two separate people that assisted us at the front desk were friendly and helpful but somewhere there was a breakdown of communication.

The female 2nd shift front desk worker was patient and professional. The manager on duty was rude and disrespectful towards women. Our check in went smooth due to it being prepaid thru expedia and we were prepared to relax and attend a wedding in the city after a long flight. We put our bags in the room then left to go eat in the city. We returned and walked back into room “623” only to see a small roach crawling in the bathroom. I snapped a pic then killed it. We notified the front desk. She apologized and gave us complimentary breakfast tickets and offered us a different room but we were in a hurry to get to the wedding so we didn’t move. When we returned late that night we walked in to room 623 and saw more big roaches crawling up walls and in the seal of the bathroom door. We were grossed out and pissed! We toolk more pics, my wife shook out all our bags while I went to the front desk to inform them that we were checking out and request a full refund. The 3rd shift front desk guy understood after viewing the pics but tried to get us to move to room 303. we refused and checked out. I reported the gross experience with expedia with pictures. I received an email from that Hilton General Manager denying anything about his staff viewing my pictures and he is refusing to honor my request for full refund. That is totally unacceptable. I am a Hilton honors member and usually enjoy my stay at Hilton when I vacation. Do not stay here
