This apartment has an amazing downtown luxury feeling as well as key amenities like Netflix ✔ washer and drier ✔ fitness facilities ✔ 24hr security at the front desk✔ and garage parking available✔ open layout one-bedroom apartment Center of downtown, with a street car right outside. CVS convenience store right outside. For transportation, we recommend the free KC Streetcar that stops right outside the apartment building, or Uber.

Had a great stay at this location. It was right off Main Street with easy access to the Tram. We loved the convenience of the location, the cleanliness of the apartment complex, and the host was wonderful in communicating everything from check-in to check-out!

Francis' apartment was very clean, modern, safe and close to CVS, dinning options and Constantino's, a supermarket. An incredible plus for me was the free KC Ride Car which had stops right outside the building! Self check in was a bit tricky. Read and follow instructions carefully! Francis communicates well and responds very quickly. Overall, a great stay!

Great Experience

The location was perfect for activities at T-Mobile Center with great proximity to the street car. Condo was nice, very clean and exactly what we needed. Hope we can stay again!

Everything was fine but be aware that the window shades don't block a lot of light and the street cars run from 6am to 10pm if your a light sleeper

Excellent location. Fresh, clean and roomy.

The apartment is located on the free Main Street streetcar-route. It is easy to get anywhere in downtown Kansas The building is clean and airy. There was an excellent little café for breakfast needs including delicious fresh croissants. The apartment is light and roomy and the bed very comfortable. We had trouble at first, finding the key to the apartment but after that everything was fine. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property.

Overall this property is very good. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing and cleanliness of the unit was top notch. Also the amenities come with gym and even a basketball court. Only negative on this property is the car and trolley noise coming from the street outside

Outstanding!

Great location. Francis was easy to get a hold of. Floor to ceiling windows were the wow factor. Building has security guards at the front desk 24/7. Wifi in KC wasn't great but worked. Definitely will stay here again! Loved it! Shout out to Jack Stack BBQ for delicious meats!
