房間環境不錯，但是隔音非常差，凌晨還可以聽到別組客人在聊天吹頭髮，還有不知道哪裡傳來的機械噪音一陣一陣到天亮。

check-in/out的方式非常方便，簽約停車場稍遠(150元不限進出/步行約有900m)，高雄夜間8點過後停車格不收費，服務人員還會建議你停路邊。房間開門撲鼻而來的是非常濃的空氣芳香劑味道持續不散，開窗也沒有幫忙，有一點點難受，目前沐浴清潔用品仍是一罐同時洗頭沐浴與洗臉，若不習慣的人需要自備較佳。洗澡的熱水是電熱式熱水器，水量較小，洗完後要再稍等10-20min才能下一人，這是唯三需要斟酌的地方。但整體乾淨整潔，地點佳，性價比算高！

非常舒適的工業風住宿唯一美中不足的就是「冰箱」不冷也無法保持食物的新鮮很可惜買了需要保冰的食品因爲冰箱無法有效的冷藏這真的需要改進其他的都很好

非常方便，接待員很親切，Check in時方便快捷，退回房間也很方便。房間很大又整潔，有沐浴露，梳洗用具，毛巾提供。落街便有便利店，食店。很好的體驗，期待下次再有機會到高雄玩，再次入住。
