Condo is located on the top - 3rd Floor- #337- Comfort of No noise above you! You'll feel truly relaxed, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and the sound of the ocean waves breaking on scenic Wailua Bay. For your convenience, we have a New Washer & Dryer in unit.
(Our building B 3) is just far enough away from the neighboring restaurant, Lava Lava, that you do not hear the noise from it at night)
Lae Nani is only eight short miles from Lihue Airport (LIH). The ocean view, penthouse suite allows one to have a bird's eye view of the immaculate grounds leading directly to the beach. The beach includes a rock protected pool at one end, ideal for small children.

808 sq ft-- 1 BR & 1.5 BA - Sleeps 3 in Condo, 1 Bedroom - All New luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Perfect blend with large 24inch tile flooring in kitchen entryway and bathrooms. Brand new Bamboo Memory foam Cariloha split King w/ remote to customize your base to your favorite sleep position + Super comfortable (double size) Murphy Bed/Desk combo in living room. It has an open gourmet kitchen and granite counter tops looking out to ocean, 3 large oversize swivel lounge chairs, stackable washer & dryer in unit.. The living room has sliding doors to your lanai with New outdoor loveseat or table w/four chairs to enjoy breakfast , sunrise, watching whales or sunset for cocktails. There is a new large TV in the living room and new wall mount in the bedroom. Overhead fans are in each room.
For your convenience, we offer coffee/cream/sugar for first couple mornings, tea, All soaps; liquid bath, liquid hand, dish, dish washer & laundry soap. We provide cling wrap, foil, salt/pepper, toothpicks, pitcher of filtered water in the frig & reusable bags for grocery shopping.
For outside fun we offer Beach towels, 3 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, fins, masks, snorkels, rafts, noodle, ice chests, boogie boards, hiking sticks, large rain umbrella, spike ball & bocce ball.

Lae Nani property offers a wonderful list of amenities: Gas barbecues, lighted tennis/pickle ball private court. Swim in the large, salt water, heated, ocean front pool or walk along the white sand beach affronting the property which continues to a protected cove called Baby Beach, perfect for little ones. Lae Nani is also adjacent to an ancient Hawaiian heiau. Immerse yourself in the unique culture of this area.

The tradewinds provide nice cool breezes through the units and ceiling fans assist. The louvers in the Master bedroom can be opened along with the louvers in the living room to allow for the flow of air. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom.

Great Location & Accommodations

We loved staying at Egidio and Cheryl's ocean front property in Kapaa. We made use if the large pool and pickleball court. The November ocean breeze was delightful and we never needed to use the A/C unit in the bedroom. The condo is nicely appointed, very well stocked, with labeled light switches and clear instructions. The property is well maintained with nice landscaping and a gated access that adds to the sense of security and safety. We were very close to many local restaurants, food trucks, the ocean trail, and Safeway as well as Costco and the airport which were less than 20 minutes away. The owners were great hosts and will stay here again on our next trip back.

Beautiful all the way around!!

The condo was in excellent condition with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. Location was also great with easy access to the rest of the island. I would highly recommend and would easily stay here again!

All the amenities of home that you need but can’t take on the plane! Perfect location between the north and south shores. Beautiful grounds are steps away from the beach.

Great property!

My husband and I really enjoyed the property. Everything was clean and new and provided plenty of space. The beach felt almost private and was perfect for a mid-afternoon swim. Overall wonderful place and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was absolutely pristine! We’ll stocked in the kitchen and with beach toys/chairs/umbrella/coolers, etc. we had a slight hiccup with the checkin process but Cheryl and Edigio made it right! Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was amazing. The views of the ocean and garden area were fabulous and we loved hanging on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and the property had all off the amenities we needed. It was very clean and was better than we expected. The pool was great too! The ocean has a wave protected swimming area that was perfect for our daughter. The hosts communicated well and were easy to reach when needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Beautiful top floor condo with all the comforts at home. Our hosts made our evening check-in easy. Was comfortable for two beds that included one Murphy bed in the living room. Views of the beautiful Pacific from the lanai. Would definitely recommend and love to book again! Nice to have food options nearby & ate at Lava Lava one night. Kauai is such a magical island! RETURN VISIT

This was our 2nd visit to the this property and would definitely return. Great central location to see all of Kauai. Beautiful grounds and a great beach and pool. Lava Lava Club next door is a convenient place to eat and listen to live music or you can use the BBQs by the pool to prepare your own dinner. Great views from the condo. All photos are a perfect representation of the property. Communication was great and zero issues. Would love to still be there! Highly recommend this property.

Paradise Found!

If you want a short walk to the ocean with beautiful views all day, this is the place for you! You can swim and snorkel in your own backyard. The pool is a very nice size but the temperature was a little too warm. There are 3 BBQ’ s available right next to the pool. We had to wait a short while to use them once, but all of the utensils are available. Our 3rd floor condo was cool most of the day and a portable air condition is available in the bedroom to keep cool at night. Amenities included WiFi, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, electric stovetop and all the cooking utensils you could want. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in the condo. We were pleased to have beach chairs, beach towels and swim noodles available for our use. Sun rises were spectacular and we intend to come back soon!

Just lovely!

I cannot even to begin to express how happy we were with this property! Everything from booking...to checking in...to checking out was easy. Great communication from the owners. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The property itself is in wonderful condition. It has everything we needed for our 5 days there. The kitchen is nicely stocked. The furniture is comfortable. The place was very clean. The views are great! It was nice to be on the side that didn't face the pool (the pool area seemed a bit noisy whenever we walked by). The condo grounds are beautiful. Quick walk to Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Market Place. If I had known how nice this was going to be I would've booked our full trip here rather than splitting our time between here and the north shore. There is a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, which was nice. But just know it is a a little loud, not a deal breaker, but an FYI. I don't think they make the portable AC units that are completely quiet.

Perfect Location with Everything You Need

This property is in the perfect spot to explore Kauai. 20-30 min to the south shore, 20-30 min to the North Shore. If you stay local, you will be treated to an abundance of dining, shopping, and activities with a walk or a short drive. Couldn’t ask for more. The condo has all that you need. Very well equipped kitchen, including all the foil, cling wrap, baggies, spices that you need. These in addition to a full set of dishes, cups, glassware, pots, pans, etc. fridge with ice maker, a couple reusable ice packs for the provided cooler to take to the beach with you. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel masks, pool floats, even an inflator are all provided to help your recreation and relaxation. Condo was clean, fresh, updated, and well furnished. Everything works, screens in windows all in good repair. No complaints! Room AC in the bedroom was a huge plus. Talked to several at the pool who didn’t have this! Super nice to turn on dot sleeping. The breeze kept the condo comfortable during the day. And the three provided fans in addition to the ceiling fans were appreciated. Owners were fantastic to work with, checked with us on arrival to make sure all was well. Came by and fixed a burnt out light bulb, which was the only issue we had. Checkin and check out super simple. On site pool, garbage, beach all great. Pool had some improvements in progress, but was open and in good repair. Plenty of pool chairs available whenever you needed them.

AMAZING CONDO!

We have been coming to the Hawaiian Islands for over 10 years. This is our third time staying in this complex. This condo has stunning views of the ocean and the mountains! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything in the condo was very clean and well stocked. We were extremely happy with the kind size bed and how comfortable it was! We loved the pillows so much we ended purchasing some of our own for home! The owners were easy to work with and prompt with all communication. We had no issues while staying there. The location in Kapa’a is ideal for saving time traveling north and south on the island. We enjoyed how many restaurants and shopping areas were within walking distance of the condo. The 12 mile bike path was a huge plus for daily walks and sightseeing. Lava Lava restaurant next door was very convenient and fun! The grounds of the complex are well cared for, clean and beautiful. The pool is heated, which is a huge plus. Many pools in Hawaii are not. We were so satisfied with this condo that we are coming again next year! I promise you, you won’t be disappointed. Aloha!

Comforts of home with an Ocean View!

We loved it!

My husband and I stayed here for the first half of our honeymoon and we loved it! This was a great location to explore both sides of the island! It was only about 40 mins from the shuttle ride to Ke’e beach / haena state park! The place was very nice and clean and had a beautiful view! The host was easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly to questions!
