Staff was nice but unable to resolve our issue that we did not have a Roku remote for the streaming on TV; we managed without streaming after requesting assistance 2x. One window AC unit— in BR. The hotel room was huge! Kitchen had everything we needed, everything was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect! I was worried there might be traffic noise since it’s close to the main road, but we never heard a thing! Great find!

I've stayed at this location in the past and it was just fine. Units at the lower levels, close to the highway should be avoided. The closest unit, where we stayed is 20 feet from the highway, with no sound proofing. With windows always open, it is loud. The rest of the unit is pretty run down too. I think other units are much better and further from the main highway.

Condo is located close to Kuhio highway, lots of road noise. Checkin process is very confusing, no office staff onsite. Process was not communicated clearly at all. Both TVs/remotes did not work and there was nobody to call or come fix it. Pools are cold and hot tub way too hot. Room was spacious and clean.

The balcony was great, the apartment concept and not just a hotel room was perfect, the parking was fantastic, great location, and very nice service. The only thing that disappointed was the hot tub out of service, but the pool was great and they are very clean.
