"Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. "The advantage of this location is its proximity to the subway and Futako Tamagawa. It’s an area of Tokyo with few hotel options. Staff were available to answer questions about room appliances. We shopped for breakfast items upon arrival. We were able to have breakfast in the room because it was equipped with 1 pan, plates, silverware and a microwave. I also used the washing machine even though staying only 1 night."

"Perfectly located if you want to explore the Shimikitazawa area, music/arts scene. There is also a train station close by for easy travel to Shinjuku. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. Rooms come with a record player and the lobby has a vast selection of records to borrow. The lobby area also has a nice coffee bar. 5 stars!!!!!"
