"I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller and it was great. It was about an hour long train journey from Haneda airport. A 2 minute walk to Hatagaya station and overall a convenient location for transit (~15 mins to Shinjuku Staion). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast consisted of toast, soup, coffee, and orange juice. But there were other options nearby (local cafe and a McDonald's 2 mins away). I would definitely recommend to others."

"Great location, with bus right out front that easily gets you to Shibuya Crossing! All staff lovely and eager to help if necessary. Unfortunately the rooftop terrace is lacking maintenance, half the potted plants have expired and been left looking unsightly. Our room came with a huge watermark/ wetspot across bedroom floor which looked dirty and a wall vent above the bed that had black greasy lint adorning it… Loved the quirky interior design."

"This hotel is in the middle of Shibuya action and about 15 minutes to the nearest train station. Shops and restaurants are within minutes. The hotel staff were very helpful. Specifically, I appreciated the staff's support in holding luggage and making taxi reservation on our behalf."

The location is also a big plus, as it is very close to everything, making it convenient for travelers. However, there are a few areas that could be improved for future travelers. The breakfast could offer more variety, as the options felt limited. The room was quite small, which may be uncomfortable for longer stays. Additionally, the mattress was very thin, and the pillows were not as fluffy as expected, making it harder to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel is clean and well-managed with great staff, but there are some comfort aspects that could be enhanced."

"Convenient location for Shinjuku Station & Airport Express buses (which stop at hotel). Excellent breakfast (but scrambled eggs are like soup). Room (upper-level lady twin - for 2) was tiny and I kept tripping over the threshold and then down again into the tiny prefab bathroom. Deep tub to step into for shower. So much to trip over! One small hard pillow per bed. Dated interior and amenities, though clean, with small window that can’t open. Safe (except for tripping hazards) and convenient but would choose a better hotel (newer, larger room) next time and just get a taxi to the station or AirPort Express stop. Served us well this time but room was claustrophobic and basic, considering the price."

"This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The cleanest and nicest hotel I’ve ever been. The executive lounge service was great. This hotel also has the 7 Eleven on the 2nd floor. This hotel in my opinion is a 5 star hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff would go an extra mile to make sure we had good experience. It is located closer to the famous Tokyo crossing street. I highly recommend this hotel."
