"I always stay in the Shinagawa Prince Hotel when in Tokyo. A few weeks before, it was at the N tower, and previous times were at the main tower. This is my first time in the Annex which was a lovely room. It was smaller than in the main tower but the Annex was less busy. The lobby was also cosy with lots of books. I will book this again when I am back in Tokyo in Dec! "

They gave recommendations, and upon arrival they told us they upgraded our room and had a note and bottle of wine waiting in room. Felt first class and was such an amazing start to our trip to Japan.
