"Clean room, 10-15mins walk to the train station, it is on top of a small hill so the walk can be tiring if you carry a lot stuff, but we didn't mind the walk and enjoyed the stay"

"Excellent location in Shibuya & boasts a room with Shibuya crossing view! The hotel drop off is hard to find, even taxis had difficulty locating the main entrance, since it is within a mall. Not easy for guests with luggages to navigate their fifth floor lobby. The lobby was impressive & staffs were very helpful, friendly & professional. They are knowledgeable about places to see, eat & shop. True gems of this hotel indeed! Our room had a great view, spacious & provided wonderful amenities. However, for its price point, our bathroom needs maintenance. The basin is cracked, & the faucet had dark water marks around it. Moldy tiles at the bottom of tub, towards the drain needed to be deep clean, the drain requires some air trap since it emits some funky smell. "
