"We have stayed here three years in a row. Great location, friendly staff we go every End of may. We will be back next may 2027 as well. The beds are a bit hard , I think that’s Japanese style, so we will bring a pad of some sort next time , we just need a little fluff."

"The stay at the Cerulean was amazing and so close to Shibuya Crossing. The breakfasts were very fulfilling, the staff was extremely professional, professional, and respectful, and everything about the hotel was near perfection. Definitely worth the stay and definitely worth the cost."

"We had a fantastic stay at Shibuya Stream Hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Shibuya and within walking distance of amazing restaurants, shopping, the subway, Shibuya Crossing, and all the lively streets full of energy and excitement. What we loved most was the contrast between the bustling city outside and the peaceful atmosphere inside the hotel. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're welcomed by a beautiful, calm, and relaxing space that feels like a retreat from the busy streets. Our room was modern, spotless, comfortable, and had incredible views of the city. Honestly, the view from our room was so impressive that we didn't feel the need to visit an observation deck—it was all right there! We absolutely loved our stay and would happily choose Shibuya Stream Hotel again on our next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommended"
