"We had booked Hotel Fukudaya for 2 segments of our Tokyo trip, with a 9-day gap in between. We were hoping to leave some of our luggage with the hotel in the interim.
Although the hotel’s policy is to store guests’ belongings for a maximum of 7 days, the boss and staff very kindly made an exception & extended the timeline slightly for our convenience - for which I’m very grateful for!
Beyond that, the property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Staff are friendly and courteous. This was my second stay at Hotel Fukudaya, and I found myself returning because of the excellent first impression it left on me the first time around :-)"
