Holiday home in Olpenitz with swimming pool

Built using timber frame construction and painted in elegant shades of gray and white, this house offers approximately 130 m² of living space and can accommodate up to four people.

Upon entering the house, guests are greeted by a small hallway with a wardrobe and guest toilet, which leads seamlessly into the spacious kitchen furnished with white country-style furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

Between the kitchen and living room is the dining room, which comfortably seats up to eight people. In the living room, next to the seating area, is a fireplace that provides cozy warmth. A separate recliner invites you to linger, and a large flat-screen TV offers entertainment when desired.

Two floor-to-ceiling windows flood the house with natural light and offer views of the two generously sized wooden terraces with beach chairs, as well as the marina and the Baltic Sea beyond. The holiday home also includes a private small jetty with a ladder, perfect for a refreshing dip in the water after sunbathing.

A staircase leads to the two spacious bedrooms on the upper floor. One of these is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and a flat-screen TV. The balcony offers a magnificent panoramic view of the water and the harbor.

The second bedroom is furnished identically but has two single beds. This room also has a small balcony facing the land.

The modern bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, features a spacious, walk-in rain shower, a Finnish sauna large enough for several people, a vanity with a mirror, and a toilet.

Guests arriving by car have access to ample parking directly in front of the entrance. The accommodation also includes a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and a kayak.
