"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"every thing positive written about this hotel is a big lie! toilet in the bedroom! dirty bathroom, cold water, bed sheets dirty and extremely old. matrresses are ancient and in very bad shape ( deep in the middle of the bed ). No wifi, only hot water in the shower, blankets at least 20 years old! No tv, and the list is long! in short every positive comment written about this hotel is probably written by their friends and relavies! "

Burc Hotel

8/10 Good

"Great location near the airport . Clean room and staff were very friendly . Good Turkish breakfast and pet friendly . Would defiantly stay again."

Caria Special Class

10/10 Excellent

"Last weekend my husband and I stayed The Caria hotel in Dalyan. A really nice place to stay and the view from our balcony was beautiful. I wish to commend your staff but mainly Gigdem for her professional and friendly attitude. She was everywhere checking the desk when we arrived , giving us lots of information and taking us to your restaurant . All the staff were smiley and that night the thunderstorms with torrential rain arrived. After an excellent meal we passed through reception we were met with many people and children being checked in by Gigdem , it was chaos which with a smile and good patients she found rooms ,food and comfort to soo many. Their plane for Gatwick had been cancelled and all stayed the night and left in the morning after bteakfast. We came down as they left and she was still cheery. You as a company are Very Lucky to have such staff. Thankyou, see you again in the spring. Yours Gillian and Bob F."

Dalyan Hotel Nish Caria

8/10 Good

"We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it has undergone a refurbished which has updated the rooms and dining area. It does not have a lift which could stop some from using the hotel but the location is probably one of the best in Dalyan. My only real criticism is that they have now built an outside restaurant/bar which if staying on the first floor some rooms have lost their view which is a shame but definitely 4/5"

Ramada BY Wyndham Dalaman

10/10 Excellent

"We only stay here when traveling through to Dalaman. It’s the best hotel in the area. The room maintenance and renovation needs to start soon as the rooms are looking tired (eg peeling paint and wallpaper, scuffed walls, frayed towels) and well used, but if you can get a larger room, they’re usually better."

TUI BLUE Tropical - All inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"The restaurant choice is unbelievable. Even for the fussy eater. Food served hot and plenty of choice. Rooms are a little dated but are clean and everything worked as it should: The hotel does have a big cat population. They are well looked after and do frequent the restaurants/gardens/reception and bar areas. They are very friendly"

Dolphin Park Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Breakfast was shocking but as it came free with my booking it didnt matter that we didnt eat there only the first morning. The complex is good and near bars and restaurants, beach is 17 mins walk but can also get a free bus. Loved our stay and will definitely be back soon. Aircon was good and was definitely needed as was so hot when we were here."
