"The YHA is in a really good spot and walking distance to everything you need touring around Sydney. The best part is having the million dollar views sitting along side all the high rise 5 star hotels for less $$ Good bed, good breakfast. It’s all you need."

No attempt of courtesy contact from hotel prior to marking booking as no show and dismissed ability to escalate and consider credit or partial refund upon gaining ability to contact. Initial discussion on the phone once ability gained, lacked compassion or understanding, regardless of the cancellation policy the response was poor."

Staff included a special note in the room when I mentioned it was my birthday. In a good area to get around the city. And no noticeable road noise. "
