The distance to our appointment at Cleveland Clinic was also very good. The front desk when we check in in was exceptional. Chase checked us in and he was great! Overall, we loved this hotel and will definitely be back!"

My only complaint is that there is evidently not a 24-hour housekeeper on duty, and the room floors are not carpeted, so we had walked and tracked dirt into the room. No one had a broom for me to sweep it up that evening."
