"The location was excellent 10 minutes walk from the town centre Kardeminia. The hotel itself was lovely, very welcoming, the staff we lovely, friendly and accommodating. We stayed a family room with 2 bedrooms it was very spacious, clean and modern. The view from the restaurant was stunning, one of the best views I've seen overlooking the sea and close Greek Islands. "Firstly, we didn't get into Kos till 10 p.m., so we knew we would unlikely get anything to eat. But when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist informed us that they knew we were coming late, so they had prepared some sandwiches for us in case we were hungry!!! "Area is nice but owner is arrogant and not friendly. That stay is only for people who want to be really quiet and not expecting nothing special. Is plenty hotels in same price lot better than this one. Less than half rooms with sea view. Anyway I felt confused when owner shouting on own staff and they looks always scare. "From checkin to checkout our whole stay at the Kosta Palace Hotel was amazing. Friendly helpful staff, clean comfy rooms with great views of Kos Port. Breakfast had a lot of choose with local options. Then when the weather got to hot you could cool down with a drink and swim in the rooftop pool and bar. "
