"We booked a twin bedded studio with kitchen area. We were given a tiny dark room with one bed and a balcony facing an internal courtyard and staff’s homes. We asked numerous times for the room we had paid for and finally moved 24 hours later. This room was still nothing like the photos on Expedia and the air conditioning was broken. "Not a 4 star at all.no entertainment any night very disappointed. Our door was left unlocked twice by the maid, air con stopped working, bathroom window wouldn’t shut so got bit by mosquitoes every night. We stayed at a mitsishotel the week before also 4 star great entertainment every night, food great , room great , staff great "
