Il Mitsis Norida è una struttura meravigliosa. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale con all inclusive VERO!!! La spiaggia e il mare sono molto belli. Unica pecca(che non dipende ovviamente dalla struttura) è che il mare è subito profondo. Complimenti, davvero tutto molto bello e ben organizzato.

obwohl ich 40 tage im voraus das hotel informiert habe, dass ich mit einem rollstuhl komme, war das zimmer nicht bereit. erst beim 3. mal zimmerwechsel klappte dann der wechsel. auch der obere stock beim maisonette zimmer war gefühlt 50 grad, da die klimaanlage den oberen stock nicht kühlt.

Wir waren als Familie (2 Kinder) untergebracht! Bekamen gleich beim Check In ein Upgrade auf ein Familien Bungalow mit Meerblick! (2 separate Zimmer) mit einem Empfangsgeschenk! Darüber waren wir sehr erfreut! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und erfüllten jeden Wunsch. Der Strand war top! Immer genügend Liegen verfügbar und immer sauber! Strandbar sowie Verpflegung durch frische Pizza aus dem Steinofen Tagsüber direkt am Strand waren hervorragend für unseren Aufenthalt, besonders mit den Kids! Essen in den Restaurants war ebenfalls sehr gut! Immer frisch und immer genügend Auswahl! Auch das Restaurant am Strand (inklusive aber auf extra Reservierung) war super cool eingerichtet und das A la Carte Menu war shr schmackhaft! Sehr zu empfehlen! Alles in allem war das Hotel perfekt für uns! Kann es nur weiterempfehlen! 👍

Ein sauberes und sehr gutes Hotel was etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist aber mit einem zuvorkommenden, erfahrenen und eingespielten Personal. So gut wie alle wünschen werden anstandslos erfüllt. Vielfältiges gastronomisches Angebot welches frisch und bekömmlich ist. Die Pools sind sauber und übersichtlich angeordnet. Die Liegen am Strand sind Top da mit großen Polsterauflagen versehen sind. Das Hotel ist per Taxi in 20 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar.

Wir waren eine Woche mit Kind in diesem angeblichen 5-Sterne-Hotel und sehr enttäuscht. Die Rezeption war unterbesetzt, der Mitarbeiter machte Fehler, sodass wir mehrfach Dokumente und Kreditkarte erneut vorlegen mussten. Infos zum Hotel gab es keine, manches wurde schlicht vergessen. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber: Ameisen im Bett, fremde Haare in Hand- und Duschtüchern, spärliche Einrichtung, keine Dental- oder Maniküresets. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, war aber laut. Besonders störend: Aus dem Hahn kam kein kaltes Wasser - angeblich Legionellen-Prävention. Das Essen war in allen Restaurants gleich und qualitativ schwach. Statt Qualität setzt das Hotel auf Masse und Verknappung, etwa in der Strandpizzeria mit wenigen Pizzen. Getränke im Hauptrestaurant dauerten ewig, da die Kellner überfordert waren. Cocktails viel zu süß, Wein schlecht - nur das Bier war in Ordnung. Poolliegen waren meist reserviert, am Strand morgens immerhin Platz. Die Lage ist unpraktisch - weit von Kos-Stadt entfernt, Taxis teuer, der Hoteltransfer mit 82 € für 12 km völlig überzogen. Die Anlage ist nicht barrierefrei, mit Kinderwagen oder Gepäck sehr mühsam. Zudem wirkt das Hotel austauschbar, stark italienisch geprägt, nichts typisch griechisch. Nachhaltigkeit Fehlanzeige: ineffiziente Klimaanlagen, große Lebensmittelverschwendung durch das Buffetkonzept. Fazit: Kein 5-Sterne-Standard, höchstens 3 Sterne. Preis-Leistung miserabel, wir kommen nicht wieder und können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich fern ab, nichts in der Nähe. Die Anlage ist schön und auch der Strand ist schön, das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider jedoch hat das Hotel ein Thema mit der Sauberkeit. In einem Teil des Hotels gibt es zudem ein Problem mit Kakerlaken. Wir hatte zwei im Zimmer, wir durften dann das Zimmer wechseln und hatten dann kein Thema mehr, allerdings nur weil wir dann in einem anderen Teil des Hotels untergebracht waren. Zudem sind auch die Pools nicht ganz sauber..

Die Lage & das freundliche Personal & die Liegen & Schirm am Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen, auch das sehr gute Essen in den a la Carte Restaurants, weniger schön fanden wir es im Hauptrestaurant, war doch im Gegensatz zum Strand Restaurant laut und hektisch, aber im Aussenbereich war es ok, haben auch immer einen Platz draußen bekommen. Abends war die Musik oft zu laut. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Mal!

Schade war, dass nur 1x am Tag ein bus nach Kos Stadt durchgefahren ist vom Hotel aus und das Personal an der Rezeption einem als Transportmittel zum Flughafen nur den teuren hoteleigenen Shuttleservice angeboten hat und auf die Nachfrage nach einem Taxi nicht reagiert hat. Alles in Allem war es dennoch ein super schöner Urlaub mit sehr leckerem Essen und hilfsbereitem und netten Personal. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Poolanlage ist super schön angelegt. Unser Highlight waren die Spezialitätenrestaurants, die hoteleigene Creperie, der Pizzaofen am Strand und die Bars in der Hotelanlage verteilt 😊

8/10 for property, aesthetics, pool and views. 3/10 for customer service, receptionist dark hair older lady was deliberately very rude any time I went to the desk she would begin to speak to me then answer a call in the middle and put her finger up to tell me to wait every time, however, I never witnessed her do this to any other customers. The pasta chef, very rude, the morning omelette chef rude, banging pans and grumpy, and the crêpe staff all very dismissive, it's like you're asking for a favour just to be served. However, the welcome hosts to the main buffet were always friendly and smiley as well as the main waiters and the cleaner for our room were very polite and lovely. It is a shame for the poor quality of the other staff members as the resort itself is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean, but purely based on the service, I wouldn't feel comfortable to return again.

Sehr alte, spärlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Eher im Stil einer Jugendherberge, aber nicht eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Ebenso der Speise-Saal. Sehr schön war die Strandbar und die Themen-Restaurants.
