"We arrived to our destination sooner than expected. We were just going to kill time by wandering around the area until check-in time but our host Jas responded quickly. He was able to accommodate an earlier check in time for us. He met us, showed us where to park, walked us to our room and showed us where things are and how things work. There’s also a heated pool with jacuzzi, spa and exercise room on the 4th floor which we took advantage of. The condo has a fantastic view from the 25th floor. It had all the comforts of home. My mom is 80 years old and has some mobility issues. The condo was spatious enough for 3 adults and 3 kids while cozy enough where my mom felt safe with everything being close by for her to hold on. A shower mat was provided for extra safety. We all slept comfortably on the memory foam beds. I was impressed by how clean this neighborhood was and by how convenient everything is-bus station, shopping center, grocery stores, coffee shops, banks, etc are within walking distance. When I found out the coffee machine wasn’t working, I just texted our host, and he brought another the next day. In the meantime, Starbucks and Tim Hortons is just around the corner. All in all, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"My experience with this apartment management was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had been trying to contact them through emails and messages for a long time with little to no response. Eventually, someone named Matt Jones answered my phone call around 7 AM, and after I asked for his information, he sent me his name and contact details through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, his behavior and communication were very disrespectful. Instead of trying to help, he spoke in a sarcastic and dismissive manner, almost as if tenants are expected to accept poor treatment without support. No real assistance or effort was ever provided to resolve my concerns. Professionalism, communication, and customer service were completely lacking. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful treatment or proper management support."

"Place was overall nice, amazing views. Could use some work however, its a little beat up. Only thing i didnt like was that we couldnt check in on time due to it not being ready. However we were sent a text the night before check out stating that if we werent out and keys turned in within 15 minutes of check out time we would be charged a late fee."

Communication with the host was lacking, especially around check-in. We weren’t provided with the unit number ahead of time, which made arrival more stressful than it needed to be. There was also no Wi-Fi information or basic guidance typically provided in a welcome binder, and no checkout instructions were shared either.The unit itself appeared surface clean, but it would definitely benefit from a more thorough deep clean.Overall, it has a lot of potential and could be a really great stay with better organization and communication from the host."
