I liked the fact that the property is literally just beside the like and has a lot of shops as well as restaurants around it that you can explore prior or after exploring the lake. The place has a very nice, relaxing ambiance.

The staff were excellent with prompt and professional help which made my vacation feel 5 *. I felt safe being a lone older woman visitor to Canada and was given lots of tips about the local area for great walks and shopping etc. The views over the Port were amazing. The hotel is in a great location outside Toronto. It is next to the lake, a shopping district with lots of restaurant options & walking distance to the train that goes to Toronto. Quiet, nice outlook, good kitchen facilities & a cimfy bed.

Great suite. Splendid view of the portal . Very quiet place. Friendly staff. I loved the Victorian paintings and hallway carpets. A/C worked well even on hot days. It’s a nice change of regular hotels. Price was good too. Tons of restaurants around.

Beds were comfy. Nothing special about the room- big- looked out onto a roof with air conditioners. Lots of restaurants to walk to and waterfront trail is nice too. We ate at snug harbour on the water and it was a nice view and food was pretty good.
