"Great location, quiet, calm and nice breakfast. Highly recommend renting out the woodfire sauna. There is a trap door in the sauna that gives you a private access into the lake without having to go outside."

"Wonderful staff and very friendly, top tier costumer service. The food was good and they had options for special diets so if you’re vegan there’s an option for you. Only downside is that our bathroom was not well cleaned but nothing that bothered us that much. Would recommend this hotel."

"Went to Elite Grand Hotel in Gävle and stayed there for a few days and would love to go back. The staff were all be dry attentive and accommodating. The breakfast buffet every morning is to die for and I definitely recommend checking out the wellness spa. It is the perfect hotel to go to when you want to relax and enjoy the area. "

"I found this hotel to be very comfortable with nice pillows for example that makes it more like a home than hotels do generally. Very comfortable room and I slept especially well in it. Good sauna and a little gym also."
