"Very clean, well appointed room. Two single beds plus sofa bed well accommodated two adults and a teen. The breakfast was outstanding. Hotel was very accessible from city public transport and easy to get to by train and bus from airport."

"We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely come back! We (2 adults and a teenager) stayed for 2 nights in a family room - queen bed with sofa sleeper. The room wasn’t very big, but we didn’t have much luggage so it was fine. The room and bathroom were very clean and seem to have been newly furnished. Eventhough our room was facing the train tracks it was pretty quiet with the window closed. Huge plus was a working A/C! Also, the breakfast buffet was quite nice! We were able to store our luggage before official check-in as well after check-out. It was easy to get around with public transportation…. The Tram station right outside the hotel as well as the S-Bahn station Donnersbrücke just 5 min away were very convenient. Also, there is a Edeka grocery store with bakery just across the street. Will recommend to friends and I am sure we’ll be back, too!"

"Well lit (better than most hotels), clean and comfortably. Provision of crockery seemed a bit random. Our main grumble was with the laundry room - only two washing machines and dryers for the whole hotel. No explanations of the system in English (or for that matter in German) downstairs in the laundry room itself, not even a note by the phone that reception was on extension 9. We couldn't get the App to work and noted that it has been extremely badly reviewed by others. The whole thing seemed to be driven by the desire to be cashless, rather than for the convenience of guests."

"Ideal location for exploring Munich. The public transportation U network is right in front of the hotel entrance. Walking distance of BWM museum and Welt. Walking distance of the Olympic Park. The family room was perfect for a family of 4. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is also nice and very convenient. We had a problem with our AC in the room. I have asked twice the staff to fix the problem, but nothing happened. Hopefully, the weather was not so warm during our stay."
