"It's all great, as far as i'm concerned, but one has to know in advance what sort of place it is. It's a mosaic of rustic on the outside, elegant/modern on the inside, quadruplexes, with classic LPs and a turntable in the room. There's no restaurant, fitniess room, etc.. (which their website makes clear.) i loved it, It's in the heart of the village. You'll want to walk to everything, which I enjoyed. When I was there, I couldn't find a place for breakfast the Wednesday morning I left; everything was closed (the second week of June). But as i said, the website is accurate and I enjoyed my stay very much. I was there just one night, on a wander through the Hudson Valley and Catskills."

"David was a great host and the property is beautiful. I also appreciate the little things, such an: clear directions in a binder, games, cable tv, soap, shampoo, ample paper products, and kitchen basics. Many properties lack basic supplies and it makes the stay more difficult, especially if it rains. David made the experience feel like we were staying at a friend’s home."

Groovy 1 Bedroom Apartment in Woodstock - AC & WiFi!

"Michaels place was right in the center of town, great location. The apartment is small but cozy. Not too loud as others have posted and there were blinds on the windows so it was not too bright in the morning. The kitchen and fridge were clean and everything was easy to use. Water pressure was great and could get hot if you want. Stairs are relatively steep so something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Bring extra towels as there were only two relatively small bath towels, and no hand towels at all. Overall though nice experience."

"The Junebug cottage was our perfect home base for a Memorial Day weekend in the Catskills! There were so many thoughtful touches that made the space inviting and pleasant to hang out in while it rained outside. The cottage was immaculately clean and cozy. Thank you John and Mollie!"
