"It is a case of you get what you paid for. The breakfast was lousy. The shower was terrible and flooded the bathroom. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. The balcony was big and a great surprise. It did not feel like a hostel but more like a hotel.. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning turned off when we left the room, not a major issue. Overall if you are on a limited budget it is worth looking into this place. It was in a great location."

"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. Room and facility features and services were as advertised and as expected, consistent with the other HI hostels where I have stayed. "1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....

"J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible, surtout Yonathan ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, avec une vue magnifique. Le calme des lieux permet un vrai moment de détente. Et le restaurant de l’hôtel mérite aussi une étoile. L’hôtel dispose également d’un espace bien-être très agréable, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour offrir un confort optimal. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. C’est une adresse où je reviendrai sans hésiter !"
