  • Semi-detached house "Poje", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Škropeti 3 km from the centre of Karojba, 9 km from the centre of Motovun, 27 km from the centre of Poreč, 27 km from the sea. Private: property 1'200 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop 12 km, railway station 12 km, rocky beach 27 km. Marina 27 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
    5-room semi-detached house 120 m2 on 3 levels. Living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 180 - 300 cm with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 180 - 300 cm with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. 2 terraces covered. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Unser Urlaub war fantastisch! Der wunderschöne Garten bot viel Platz zum Entspannen und Spielen. Der private Pool war das Highlight, den wir täglich genossen. Das moderne Ferienhaus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ideal, da wir viele Ausflugsziele innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichen konnten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Istrien genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt..angefangen vom sehr großen Pool mit extra Kleinkinderpool ..über das grosse Grundstück mit Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte und zwei Schaukeln ..es war alles tip top super gepflegt und neuwertig. Das ganze Haus selbst war super sauber und sehr gut mit viel Schrankplatz und viel Geschirr ausgestattet..wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt..nicht zuletzt weil die Vermieter ,die sehr zurückhaltend im Anbau wohnen, uns mit lauter Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt haben ..Sehr gastfreundli

Ein schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und großzügig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich. Sie haben uns immer wieder Leckereien vorbei gebracht und sich sonst nicht aufgedrängt. Der Pool ist wunderschön und sauber. Wir würden gerne volle Punktzahl geben, wenn die Hunde des Nachbarn nicht wären. Er hält sehr viele Hunde in einem Aussenzwinger an Ketten. Sie bellen aus Langeweile und haben uns sehr leid getan.

Schönes Haus, gastfreundliche Vermieter

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft bereits erwartet und herzlich begrüßt, mit Getränken und einer Kleinigkeit zum Essen. Es ist geräumig und viel Platz vorhanden, große Schränke und Kommoden in jedem Zimmer. Der Pool ist gut gepflegt und sehr schön Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und überraschten uns immer wieder mit Köstlichkeiten, sie haben mehrfach für uns gekocht und sich unterhalten, sind dabei aber zurückhaltend und wollen auf keinen Fall aufdringlich sein. Perfekt!

Die sehr herzliche, gastfreund...

Die sehr herzliche, gastfreundlichen Besitzer sind quasi "unsichtbar", die Tochter wohnt im Nebenhaus und spricht englisch. Ich würde vor der Anreise alle offenen Fragen mit ihr am Telefon klären, sie sind alle sehr um die Gäste bemüht ohne irgendwie aufdringlich zu sein!Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Spültücher, etc. war alles vor Ort, lediglich Handtücher für den Pool muss man selber mitbringen. Uns hat in der Küche nichts gefehlt, wer auf scharfe Messer oder ähnliches Wert legt, muss das – wie immer – selber mitbringen.
