Great location... Easy walk to beach and town, while being just outside the bar and restaurant scene but close enough to walk! Clean, beautiful great views... Good food, bar and pool.. loved this place and didn't want to leave 😭

We had a 10 day stay in a pool villa and it was fabulous! The facility is a little dated but the vibe is pure chill! Having our own pool was fabulous and the staff are all so friendly. I had a number of spa treatments and always left feeling so relaxed. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s not kids friendly as there are no kids activities. Rooms’ structure becomes old now. Staff is really good. Food is alright. if they add more food items in respect to all continental it would be great. Overall experience was good.

Lovely Ocean View Villas

Lovely resort hotel. Ocean view villas had view of the ocean but to access the lobby, it is best to call the buggy as all villas located on hilly terrain. No problem with waiting for the buggy. Location was great for us as we drove.

The staff were outstanding - attentive and went out of their way to help. Lush landscaping - so many butterflies- and small but lovely pools to cool off. It’s built on a hillside so lots of steps (but you can get a shuttle service quickly and easily). A great place if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxed, and refreshing experience.

This hotel has amazing view no matter where you are. The room is a bit dated and requires some maintenance but in general is in good condition. Recommend strongly for folks who like view and plan easy time at your own room.

We had an amazing view from our room. Room condition was okay, not the cleanest. The staff are friendly. Unfortunately you need a shuttle from room to lobby, not convenient.

The hotel is beautiful. The property is on the older side, but very well kept and very clean. The villas are self contained which is super nice, very private. The property is surrounded by greenery, singing birds and the views are spectacular. The staff are so kind and always went above and beyond. Karon beach is very close, you get access through a trail path that is a bit steep down hill but not more than a 15min walk. The food options are limited nearby so you have to take a taxi to Karon village or other surrounding areas for more options. Overall, great value for an excellent experience.

The property is set in beautiful surroundings. Very steep and hilly which is not for everyone. Need to get picked up by property’s Tuk Tuk to reception dining and pool. We stayed near the pool so that was easy. The difficult and dangerous part is access to the beach from the pool. There are a lot of uneven steps and limited railings. We loved being there had easy access into Karon Centre at night for 200bht lots of yummy restaurants and market.

Love the location, surroundings, ambience, the staff, amenities, food and drinks. Too bad the travel agent office has closed else it would be very easy to arrange for sightseeing and day trips. But the reception was equally as helpful. The property location is perfect, not too far from Patong and Karon town to give you the quiet and seclusion, but close enough to access both commercial areas of Patong and Karon town, beach with a short taxi or tuk-tuk ride. Hats off also to the minute details taken care at the property, like Geo (the Management Trainee) who introduced himself and genuinely asked for feedback and engage us as guests, and down to the detailed housekeeping who brought us water each day and takes the effort to call us, even though we put the sign out that room housekeeping was not required. And finally, the music played around the pool area is perfectly suited for the chill atmosphere on the site, lounge EDM, that brings vibrancy to the area. Overall, a top property and I will definitely be back again!

This property was a real hiding gem. First it setting in a garden like area with the beach adjacent from your room. The staff was very friendly especially Shopper at check in. I can’t remember the other staffs name from the front desk but they were extremely pleasant as well. One of my most favorite things about this property was the breakfast buffet! Wow it was so amazing and had several things to choose from. The only down side is that the rooms are a bit dated and the shower curtains looked moldy. However, we had the pool villa so we didn’t really care about that. Overall this place was great, I would definitely stay again.

This is a hidden little jem In Karon beach., The property is nestled amongst lush gardens with dozens of butterflies and spectacular ocean views., These beautiful villas We’re on the oldest side but well maintained And comfortable for our 10 day stay. The staff were incredibly hospitable and super helpful with whatever our needs were. Nothing was too much trouble., It is worth noting that this property has a lot of stairs which makes accessibility a bit of a downside to some travellers However, there is a hotel Twitch can come and pick you up at any stage and drop you off to your room., The other thing this property is a beautiful quiet serene Accommodation., A short walk to Karon Beach And town. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
